Chennaram Cluster: With a great inspiration and devotion the Chennaram Cluster has been taken up for medical services and this village is on the main high way leading to famous Srisailam Temple of Mallikarjuna Swamy (Shiva) and this famous piligrimage (Srisailam) was blessed by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba on 5th Dec 1963. (Swami reached Srisailam at 2 am on 5th Dec 1963 and HE sanctified the Shiva Lingam on 6th. HE told devotees 'Sankaracharya installed Sri Chakra, which is now stationed in a cave near Patala Ganga').

The village Chennaram is 1 km away from the medical camp site -it is 6 km away from Achampet Town on the main state high way and Sri Parthi Sai Seva Trust of Mahabubnagar has acquired 38 acres of land facing main road with the voluntary contributions of old and senior devotees of Bhagawan Baba and in future this place is proposed to be developed as

'Sri Sathya Sai Mallikarjuna Divyya Shektram' 

with various activities to serve this tribal belt of poor villagers. The land 38 acres have been in the name of the Trust, properly registered and protected with a fencing. The medical activity (1st Sunday of every month) has been going on since April 2013 with out any break. The follow up cases are being attended on priority and are completed without any fail.

SSS Mobile Medical camp Chennaram (41) started with Omkaram and Bhajan at10.30 AM.

Total 326 (118m+208f) patients availed the services. Total 18 follow up cases have been referred to Gandhi Hospital and other hospitals.11 sevadal participated in the camp. The camp closed at 3.30pm with Harathi to our SWAMI.

ENT Camp on 11th Sept 2016: 

ENT special Medical camp started at 10.25 am in the Village School premesis at chennaram with omkaram and Bhajan. 59 female+52 male =111 Total patients availed the camp.Total 03 doctors and 09 Para Medical staff attended from Sahi Organisation headed by Dr Rambabu, ENT Specialist from Apollo hospital in Hyderabad and examined the patients. 04 hearing aids were given to school children.09 children were referred to Apollo for surgery. 12 sevadal participated from Achampet have extended the services in the camp.

Sept 1st Sunday-2016: camp-40

Sri Sathya Sai Mobile Medical camp Chennaram (40th) started with omkaram and Bhajan at 10 am.Total patients 367 (104 M+263 F) availed the camp. Dr.Pullaiah, Dr.Jayasri and Dr.Ramesh examined the patients and prescribed medicines. Cataract 10.Nueoro 02.Gynic 01 Cases were referred to Gandhi and other hospitals. 83 cases were registered for spectacles. Medicines were given free of cost and prasadam was distributed. Total 12 sevadal participated from Achampet.

Villagers from 32 villages have been provided the facility. Tests: 25 sugar and 02 ECG tests have been conducted and the camp closed at 3 pm with Harathi to our SWAMI. Sairam

Aug 1st Sunday-2016: camp-39

Sri Sathya Sai Mobile Medical Camp#39 has been conducted on 07th Aug 2016 and total 287 (98+189) patients have utilized the services. Dr.Jayasri, Dr.Nagesh, Dr.G.Rajesh and Dr.Pullaiah examined the patients and prescribed the medicines. Total 17 follow up cases were referred to Gandhi and other hospitals. 12 sevadal from Achampet and Kalwakurthy participated.
Sri G.Bhaskar Rao State Coordinator SSS Mobile Medical services and Sri D.Vishnu Vardhan Rao State IT coordinator Visited the camp and given suggestions to improve the performance of the camp. July 1st Sunday-2016: camp-38

Sri Sathya Sai mobile medical Camp (38th) started with omkaram and bhajans at 10 am. Total 393 (102 M+291 F)patients availed the camp services. Dr.Balnarayana, Dr.Nagesh, Dr.Bramhachary and Dr.Jayasri extended their medical services.

45 sugar tests were done.12 sevadal from Achampet & Kalwakurthy participated. 12 follow up cases have been registered. Prasadam was distributed to all. The camp closed at 3 pm with Harathi to our Bhagawan Baba.

SSS mobile medical camp(37) started with omkaram and bhajans at10:15 am.

April 1st Sunday-2016: Camp-35

SSS Mobile medical camp started at Chennaram with omkaram and bhajans at 10:20 am.73 male +178 female total 251 patients from 26 villages have availed the facility. 

Sevadal 9 from Achampet and 6 from Kalwakurthy participated. Prasadam and water were offered to the patients and to all those particiapte. Free medicines and vibhuthi were distributed. Total 04 doctors have participated in the camp.

March 1st Sunday-2016: Camp-34

 

With the Divine Blessings and inspiration of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba varu, Sri Sathya Sai Mobile Medical Camp was conducted at Chennaram Tribal area, near Achampeta, Mahabubnagar District on 6.3.2016.

The camp started with three times Omkaram and Bhajan. Total 283 patients (132 male patients, 151 female patients)  from 32 neighboring villages have been examined and treated. There are 19 follow up cases identified in the camp.  They will sent to Hyderabad for further investigations, procedures and surgeries in a couple of days.

Mobile Van services were utilized and conducted various tests viz., RBS-35; HB-5; CUE-10, Sugar

10 and ECG-2 ; Total number of tests conducted during the camp is 79.

Dr. Jayasree from Kalwakurthi, Dr. Sudhakar, Dr. Krishna Prasad,  Dr. Nagesh and Dr. Ramesh Goud have participated in the medical camp.

10  Sevadal members from Achempet Samithi, Kalwakurthy  Samithis and have attended.

The camp closed at 2.00 p.m.with Harathi to Swamy. Meals was served to all the patients and the piligrims going to Srisailam Temple on the ocassion of Shivaratri festival. Nearly 800 people were given Bhagawan's prasadam.

Jan 1st Sunday-2016: Camp-32

 

Regular medical camp has been conducted on 3rd Jan 2016 and 368 patients (male-134 & femael-234) have availed the servives. Five (5) doctors have rendered the service. Mobile van services were put to use in the camp.

Doctors: Dr Pullaiah, Dr Bal Narayan, Dr Jayasri, Dr Ramesh (Eye) and Dr Chary. Seven (7) medical tests were done. 56 Patients require Eye Glasses & 14 Patients require Eye Operations and they will be taken up soon.

Bhoomi Pooja at Trust lands:

With the divine blessings of beloved Bhagawan 'Bhoomi Pooja' has been perfomed at Chennaram cluster lands owned by Sri Parthi Sai Seva Trust on 14th Dec 2015 at 10.30 am. Devotees / sevadal from Saroornagar, Kalwakurthy and Achampet have particpated. It is planned to construct a small facility for the ongoing medical camps and to do new activities at the site. Sri G Bhaskara Rao, State Joint Coordinator (medical) and trust adviser has graced the ocassion. Other trust members Sri D Vishnu Vardhan Rao, Sri J Manohar and Dr Sudhakar and Sri G Eswaraiah have participated.

Dec 1st Sunday-2015: camp-31

Sri Sathya Sai Mobile Health camp (no 31) has been conducted at Channaram cluster and 215 patients have been treated and were given medicines free of cost. 35 Medical Lab tests were done on the spot in the medical van. 11 cases have been identified for follow up actions.

27th Mobile medical camp has been held at Chennaram cluster on 2nd Aug 2015, Five (5) doctors have extended service to the camp in which 237 (Male-70 & Female-167) patients have utilised the opportunity from 25 villages. With the Divine Blessings and inspiration of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba,  Sri Sathya Sai Mobile Medical Camp was conducted at Chennram tribal area near Achampeta, Mahabubnagar district on 05.04.2015.The camp started with three times Omkaram and Bhajan. Total 91 Patients (40 male Patients & 51 female Patients) from 20 nearby villages, have been examined and were given medicines free of cost.

With the Divine Blessings and inspiration of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba varu, Sri Sathya Sai Mobile Medical Camp was conducted at Chennaram Tribal area, near Achampeta, Mahabubnagar District on 1.2.2015. The camp started with three times Omkaram and Bhajan. Dr. Pullaiah, MBBS, and Dr. Balanarayana, MBBS, Dr. Rajesh, MBBS, and    Dr. Mallikarjun, MBBS  have screened the patients and given treatment. Total 81 patients (39 male patients, 42 female patients) from 18 villages, have been examined and treated. There are 3 follow up cases identified in the camp.  Patients identified for follow up treatment will brought to Hyderabad for further investigations, procedures and surgeries in a couple of days. 14 Sevadal members from Achempet Samithi, and Kalwakurthy  Samithi  have rendered service during the camp. The camp closed at 1.30 p.m.  with Harathi to Swamy.

The camp started with three times Omkaram and Bhajan. Total 160 patients (35 male patients, 97 female patients) from 8 neighboring villages have been examined and treated. With the Divine Blessings and inspiration of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, Sri Sathya Sai Mobile Medical Camp was conducted at Chennaram Tribal area, near Achampet, Mahabubnagar District on 03.08.2014. The camp started with three times Omkaram and Bhajan.

Total 174 patients (75 male patients, 99 female patients) have been examined and were treated. There were three (3) follow up cases and one cataract surgery patient was identified in the camp.  They would be sent to Hyderabad for further investigations, procedures and surgeries in a couple of days.

Mobile Van services were utilized and conducted various tests. Total number of tests conducted during the camp is twenty (20).

September 1st Sunday-2013: Camp-06

Conducted medical camp using mobile van services and there was a huge turn out of public around 360 and Dr Sudhakar, DHMS (Hyderabad) has taken major work load. The details of the follwo up cases are yet to arrive.

August 1st Sunday-2013: Camp-05

Mobile medical camp has been conduted at the venue and 332 people were examined and given free medicines. One Eye specialist Dr Sharif (from Dr Subba Rao's team) has taken active role in treating the patients and he identified the cases for Follow Up. Other doctors who participated are Dr Pullaiah, Dr Vishnu Murthy, Dr Jayasree and the camp was organised by Sri J Manohar, Joint Secretary, Parthi Sai Seva Trust.

Cases For Follow Up:

1) Seven (7) Eye Surgeries

2) Eighty Three (83) people require Eye Glasses

3) Twelve (12) General cases.

Follow Up cases:

With the Divine Blessings of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, The three follow up ENT cases identified during the camp held on 5.5.13 at Chennaram were 1) One  Miss. G. Shravanthi, (F/09), Chennaram suffering from ear pain has been cured with medicines. 2)Kum. G. Balamani, (F/14), D/o Veeraiah, Chennaram was having hearing problem by  birth. Dr. K. Ram Babu, ENT Surgeon examined the patient and after conducting audiogram test, suggested hearing aid. Accordingly, the patient has been given hearing aid worth of Rs.14,000/- under SAHI scheme.

3) Smt. P. Manemma, (F/50), Chennaram was also having hearing problem identified in the camp. Dr. K. Ram Babu, ENT Surgeon examined and suggested hearing aid.  The patient has been provided hearing aid worth of Rs.14,000/- by the Organisation. Both patients were explained in detail about the hearing aid and its usage in day to day life.   Patients expressed their gratitude to Swamy  and left to their native place with lot of joy on their faces.

FREE CANCER DETECTION MEDICAL CAMP ON 7th JULY, 2013

AT CHENNARAM, MAHABUBNAGAR DISTRICT

Sri Sathya Sai Grama Seva Trust in collaboration with “Basava Tarakam - Indo-American Cancer Research Institute has organized a Cancer Detection Medical Camp on 7th July, 2013 at Chennaram Village, Mahabubnagar District.  The camp commenced at 1030 hrs and concluded at 1630 hrs with a lunch break of 45minutes in the midst of the day.  A total of around 15 sevadal from Hyderabad, 20 sevadal from Mahabubnagar District (10 Mahila & 10 Gents) have participated in the camp.

Four Doctors from Basava Tarakam - Indo-American Cancer Research Institute, two Doctors from Hyderabad and one Doctor from Kadtal (Mahabubnagar District) have participated.  In addition, 13 Paramedical Staff from Basava Tarakam - Indo-American Cancer Research Institute were also extended their services to conclude the camp successfully.  145 male patients and 171 female patients were registered for treatment.  Thus, a total of 316 patients were examined and provided medicines.  The details of patients identified for requirement of preliminary tests for detection of cancer disease at Basava Tarakam - Indo-American Cancer Research Institute are as under.

June 1st Sunday-2013: Camp-03

Mobile Medical Services at Chennaram Cluster-2nd June 2013

Regular mobile medical camp has been conducted at Chennaram Cluster and three doctors have taken active role and examined 118 patients and prescribed medicines which were distributed in the camp. It was a rainy and dampen day and only 10 patients came when the camp started at 10 am after Omkaram and three bhajans. 

As the time went, villagers were seen rushing to have medical help. Mobile medical van was parked in front of the camp and the van inverter was not working so the Lab Technician has taken out the equipment and placed them in the camp and used.

1) One ECG and 5 suger Tests were done.

2) Total 13 Cases were listed for follow up

   a) Seven (7) patients for Eye operations

   b) One Thyroid (swell at the neck)-female

   c) Loss of Speech -14 years boy

   d) Skin Problem for 22 years male

   e) Over sweating and two abdomen scanning

Doctors Dr Pullaiah, Dr Vishnu Murthy, Dr Jayasree and Technician Sri Chandra Sekhar have extended loving services. Sevadal Sri D Vishnu Vardhan Rao, Sri Gubba Eswaraiah, Sri Badam Krishnaiah, Sri J Manohar, Sri T Pratap Reddy, Sri Venkat Swamy, Sri Indra Reddy and DJP boys  of Kalwakurthy Seva Samithi, Chi Srikanth, Chi Satish and Chi Mahesh worked hard to arrange the camp material and unpack them after the camp. Mobile Medical Services at Chennaram Cluster-5th May 2013:

April 1st Sunday (2013): Camp-01

Mobile Medical Services at Chennaram Cluster-7th April 2013:

A medical camp has been orgnised on 7th April 2013 at Chennaram Tribal area near Achampet in Mahabubnagar district and the camp was conducted with active participation from the members of Sri Parthi Sai Seva Trust. Programme started with 9 Bhajans in Trust open land and medical services were carried out in adjacent plot. About 200 patients were examined and were given free medicines. Mobile van services were utilised and conducted the tests. 

The following doctors have taken active part.

1) Dr Pullaiah, MBBS, 2) Dr Mallikarjun, MBBS, 3) Dr Vishnu Murthy, MBBS, D.Ch, 4) Dr Madhavi, MBBS and Lab Technician Sri Chandrasekhar extended testing in mobile van. 

Tests Carried out: ECG: 10 , Sugar: 8, Urea 1 and Urine Tests 6.

Total 28 cases have been identified for follow up. Eye 20 cases, ENT 3 cases, Sugar 2 cases,  Thyroid 2 cases and Tumour in left foot 1.
