History of the case: Patient D. Babu, S/o Damodaran daran, aged 9 years, was suffering from recurring Respiratory Track Infections and the boy has been taken to Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, Whitefield with the above complaint and was admitted on 28.2.15.  Patient was evaluated, planned and taken up for VSD Devise  on 3.3.15.  Post operative recovery was uneventful and the patient was discharged in stable condition on 4.3.15.

Sri N. Loknatham, SRP Coordinator, Chittoor  District has taken the patient to  Dr B.V. Raja Rao, MBBS, DPM, FIPS Kushi Neuro - Minds & General Hospital, Tirupati for the first review on 3.4.15    and  the second  review  on 2.6.15. The general condition of the patient is fair. 

 

Patient and her family members expressed happiness for the post operative services rendered by Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, Chittoor  to the patient.

NAME OF THE PATIENT & ADDRESS: Sri David Sudhamrao B, (M/53), Ranga Reddy

Colony, Kotha Indlu, Near Sesha Mahal,Madanapalli, Chittoor (Dist.), AP

HOSPITAL NO: WS00098997 ILLNESS/TREATMENT: CAG & PTCA + Stent

DATE OF PROCEDURE:  25.2.15.                          

History of the case: Patient David Sudhamrao B. (M/53), suffering from Coronary Artery Disease has gone to Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, Whitefield    was admitted on 23.2.15.  CAG & PTCA + Stent were done on  23.2.15. Post operative recovery was uneventful and the patient was discharged in stable condition on 25.2.15.  

Sri N. Loknatham, SRP Coordinator, Chittoor  District has taken the patient to  Dr Dr P Surendra Babu, MD, FACA (USA),  MVL Hospital, Madanapalli for the first review on 27.3.15    and  the general condition of the patient is fair.
